2. Services

AyuuTech provides custom web software development services including, but not limited to, platform modules, plugins, integrations, API development, automation systems, and custom web applications. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate written agreement between AyuuTech and the client.

Submission of an inquiry or contact form does not constitute a binding service agreement. A project only begins upon written confirmation from both parties and, where applicable, receipt of any agreed deposit.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written project agreement:

  • Upon full payment, AyuuTech grants the client a licence to use the deliverables produced for the specific project
  • AyuuTech retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, libraries, or reusable components not created specifically for the client's project
  • All content and materials on the AyuuTech website, including text, graphics, and branding, remain the intellectual property of AyuuTech

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
  • Submit false or misleading information through any contact or inquiry form
  • Use the website to transmit any malicious code or disruptive content

5. Confidentiality

AyuuTech treats all client project information, business details, and technical requirements as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. Clients are similarly expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary processes, pricing, or methodologies shared by AyuuTech during a project engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AyuuTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from software delivered as part of a project, except as expressly outlined in a project-specific written agreement.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
